When we're talking about homeware, we definitely can't skip the brand RICE.

RICE is a Danish brand that produces in Third World countries, where they pay a lot attention to the employees and the environment. Their collection is mostly characterized by bright colors and happy prints, but their upcoming winter collection is also lovable! I reaaaally like the golden deer candle holder ♡.

my shoe collection (well, part of..)

Een paar dagen geleden zag ik dat iemand haar schoenencollectie online zetten. Nadat ik eerst elk paar zwijmelend had bekeken, was ik eigenlijk wel benieuwd geworden naar mijn eigen schoenencollectie. Mijn schoenen staan namelijk gestapeld in schoendozen, verspreid door het hele huis. Niet echt overzichtelijk dus. Daarom leek het me een goed plan om eens al mijn schoenen te verzamelen en op de foto te zetten. Hierboven het resultaat! Ik zie wel een patroon in mijn schoenencollectie: luipaardprint, brogues en chelsea boots. Ik moet eerlijk bekennen dat ik maar een stuk of 8 paar schoenen echt intensief draag. Eigenlijk was dit dus heel handig, nu weet ik weer wat ik in mijn kasten heb staan en komen vergeten schoenen weer naar boven! Oh, en mijn favoriet? duidelijk mijn konijnen sloffen ☺.

A few days ago someone posted her amazing shoe collection online. It made me wonder about my own shoe collection. My shoes are stored in shoe boxes and scattered throughout the house. Totally not organized. That's why I decided to collect all my shoes. I discovered a little pattern in my shoe collection: leopard print, brogues and Chelsea boots. I must admit that I only wear like eight pairs of shoes really intense. But now I know again what I keep in my closets. And my favorite? Definitely my bunny slippers!

A few weeks ago I had my last day at Mango. Even though I really like my new job, I know I'm going to miss the work, amazing clothes and especially my colleagues at Mango. They really surprised me by giving me this amazing gift on my last day!! It's a golden pineapple from Pols Potten. I wanted this for sooo long, but never bought it for myself. I didn't expect a gift at all, but this is so sweet of them. Best gift (and colleagues) ever. Thank you guys!

recipe: oatmeal bars

Ik sta doordeweeks al heel vroeg op (lees: 05:15u) en vaak heb ik dan nog geen zin of tijd om te ontbijten. Hierom ging ik op zoek naar gezonde en makkelijke ontbijtjes die je onderweg of in de trein kunt eten en kwam ik op deze havermout repen terecht. Dit recept is heel makkelijk en je kunt zelf ook nog heel veel variëren qua ingrediënten.  Daarom wil ik het graag met jullie delen!    Deze keer heb ik de havermout repen met lijnzaad, cranberries, kokosrasp en chocolat nibs gemaakt. Maar je zou bijvoorbeeld ook (gehakte) nootjes, andere zaden, rozijnen of stukjes fruit kunnen toevoegen. Mogelijkheden genoeg dus!    On weekdays I have to get up really early (05:15am). I often have no time to eat breakfast. That's why I went searching for healthy and easy breakfasts, which I can eat in the train on my way to work. I found these oatbars. This recipe is very easy and you can vary a lot with the ingredients. That's why i want to share this recipe with you!    This time I made the oatmeal bars with flaxseed, cranberries, grated coconut and chocolate nibs. But you could also add some  (chopped) nuts, other seeds, raisins or fruit bits.
